Cannot access any of my 3 club websites

I have been trying to edit the home page or my gene.toastmastersclubs.org website. It takes a long time after I click the "Save" button. Then I get the following message on my webpage when I try to reenter all 3 of my toastmasters.org websites of which I am the webmaster: 3941.toastmastersclubs.org and 899228.toastmastersclubs.org. Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to bmd.toastmastersclubs.org weblink: [ bmd.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi?d=me...FixtnchvT3vhuvxFpg2l ]
Then, all is OK one to two days later, but with trying to keep 3 clubs going, it is often difficult to have to wait that long to be able to set meetings up, print agendas, etc. Can you please help me resolve this difficulty encountered when trying to edit my home page. Since our Gene club is moving its location, I have several more edits to the website in the near future and would like to keep from encountering this problem with every website edit to my home page. Unfortunately I don't know what operating system I use. My browser is Google Chrome. How do you find the version? I think my cookies are enabled. If I need to empty my browser chache, please send instructions. I don't know how to do that. I tried to add a screen shot and made an image of it, but need instructions for pasting the image into this message. I was able to add the link (above) instead. You have invalid images pointers on your pages for images that have either been deleted up never uploaded. The system sees this as an attack, and blocks your access.

I have removed the offending pointer.
