Speech duration: Need a field to enter in length of speech: Ex: 3-5 min

How does the timer know the minimum length of a speech or role, when only the max time field is enabled?

The speaker is supposed to speak with the timer and their evaluator before every speech. The time are listed in the pull down min - max, also since every speech is a manual speech the min and max time is in the manual.
