I'm getting this error message

This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the exisitng "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.

2) did you read the documentation

I just read the details. I have to talk to the toastmaster to see where the website is being hosted.

Looks like answer is yes: who.is/whois/www.tmofsamm.org (I looked at their domain setting in admin console.)

Registered on 5/5/14.

DNS records probably not configured yet.
