new member emails--setting "from" and "reply to"

Hello.

When our VP of Membership sends out a welcome email to a new member via our site, the sender is listed as Deb Miner (me) as server@toastmastersclubs.org . Also, my name (Deb Miner) and personal email is in the Reply To field.

I am the website administrator, but we would like the new member email to come from (and Reply To) our VP of Membership, not me. I cannot find where/how to change this. Please help.

The new member email is sent from the site administrator, this cannot be changed.
Thank you,

Just put the VPM's email address in the welcome email signature...
