Hello

I am just creating our website for our new club 3891221. I would like to add members so I can assign them to agenda items. Right now only the 'board members' are in the list. I would also like to add their email so I can email the agenda and website URL as we roll out this new communication option for our club. How do I do this? I played around but nothing was getting me what I wanted. I was trying to avoid making people do their own sign in.
