Member cannot receive emails from site - Club 612

I have one member with a gmail account that does not receive emails from the site when we send to all members. In addition, when she tried to change her password, she did not receive the email. I can email her direct with no problem. When I change her membership entry to another email, it works. However, only her email is not working. Emails do not appear in spam and there is no filter blocking toastmasters. I have also deleted her entry and re-entered it and still same problem. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?
