Hi
I don't know what I have done wrong but I am trying to rename with our club domain www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz . I have forwarded www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz to 5781.toastmastersclubs.org/ but I want www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz in the address Can you help?

Did you follow the docs???

Don't forward... it does not work. You have set up the DNS records through your registrar as indicated in the docs.

The following DNS records must be set through your registrar:
A www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz 50.19.253.65
Awiderhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz50.19.253.65
Amail.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz50.19.253.65
MX10mail.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz

I will try again. I have followed instructions and ring crazy domains to ask for help as well it still doesn't appear to be working

"crazy domains" WhoIs says that your registrar is Aust Domains.

DNS records are still not correct. Those *must* be corrected. No exceptions.

Also, you must also set your custom domain in the Admin console so that FTH associates it with your particular club.

I think I did it right... but I type into the www bar at top of page it www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz but is has 5781.toastmastersclubs.org/ in the address bar, I would assume it would show www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz do I need to do something else to have it show www.widerhorizonstoastmasters.co.nz in the address bar.
