Email icon on the agenda page is not working!

The email icon on the agenda page is not working!

We usually sent the agenda to all members by using the email icon on the agenda page, and it has been woking properly.

But today, when the Chair sent out the agenda by using the email icon (click the icon, and write the email in the opened window, then click send button). NO ONE receive the agenda email, including the sender.

What should we check with this problem?
