"Can't send data" reply when sending emails

When sending emails to members, we get the following replies:

Your message to (<EMAIL ADDRESS> in members@albanytoastmasters.org.nz) had the following error and was not delivered (0 retries):
Can't send data

This happened with an email sent last night, and we suspect it happened with our agenda sent out this weekend.
