Dear Brian: 13 days ago you had a dialog with Jodi Peterson of the Golden Toasters regarding the availability of a FTH website for the new Toastmasters club we are growing in Northfield, MN. At the current time the club is not at chartering strength. We asked Jodi to look into the possibility of obtaining a FTH website for this new-start club as it has been our experience that our outreach is exponentially improved with a web presence in our established clubs (see the URL for my home club above--I also belong to the Golden Toasters club). You and Jodi had an on-line chat, in which your most salient statement was the one I quote below:
"An unchartered club CAN get a FTH website if they file the "Authorization to Organize" and pay the "Charter Fee", they will then be given a club number. The club will then appear on their districts perspective club report and we can give them a FTH website."
We are willing to pay the Charter Fee ($125, I believe); how is it possible to obtain an Authorization To Organize?
