It seems like as of a month or two ago, when the toastmaster sends an email agenda to all members through the agenda part of the website, when members reply the reply only goes to the VP Education. Whereas before I believe the reply went back to the Toastmaster or whoever was sending the agenda.

Can this be setup so that when people reply to an agenda email that it goes back to the person that sent it ?

that is a setting in your admin console
