Starting today (6/3) I'm receiving the same exact error. I was able to successfully send emails using our distribution list yesterday (6/2).

Your message to (<email address> in members-4920@toastmastersclubs.org) had the following error and was not delivered (1 retries):
Couldn't connect to toastmastersclubs.org:25
