Unable to Move Agenda Items

I have created some new items on the club's agenda, so they show up at the bottom of the agenda form. However, I need them to be earlier in the agenda. In the past, a 4-arrow icon has popped when editing, and I could just move the item where I needed it. This feature is not working. Can you please help?

590628 is the club number. I have tried to move agenda items from both the admin window and the agenda editor that the VPE uses. The agenda I am trying to edit is the "BBTM Standard Agenda."

Carmen I am looking at your standard template and the last item is "Meeting Ajourned"

Try clearing your browser cache temporary internet files.

Yes, that was the last item I added, but there were some other items earlier that I am trying to move around. I cleared the browser cashe and temporary internet files. Still having the same issue.

What browser and version are you using?
