I can open lrd.toastmastersclubs.org with no problems. Can you give us some more information:

What browser and server are you using?

Is this behind a corporate firewall?

Have you tried from a different computer?

We are not blocking 90.42.1.50 this is an IP in France.

What were you doing when you lost connection to the server?

We have removed the block, but it could occur again depending on what you do.
