successfully sent agenda email not being recieved

for the past 2 weeks when my VP and myself email agendas via toasthost none of our members receives the email even though it says successfully sent. we have both emailed the agenda several times with no results. Also can agendas sent via TH recoverable?

Do you click the top box to send to all members?

I can see the agenda being sent to all your members when i ran a test

I usually check the top box and uncheck TM and VP boxes since they are included in the top option. Can I recover emailed sent earlier today? I would like to attempt to resend to all members.
