blank lines

Hum.......there is a blank in the text that I cannot seem to shoo away. I've even been into the "source" to no avail. What am I missing, please?

Blank in what text? Please be specific.

I posted an article I wrote into a cell in a table. There is a blank line, like you would get with a hard return, that I cannot delete.

What is the text before the line?
What is the text after the line?
