Club number???

What do you mean, your TM email??? You *cannot* send to the lists from an officer alias. You have to send to them from a real email account, not one of the forwarding email addresses that FTH provides. We do not provide email accounts, just forwarding email addresses and distribution lists.

Cathy,

Although there is an entry for you in Membership Management, your email address was not entered into it.
It has a (noemail placeholder there). I checked using your club #... that is why I needed it.

The system only allows people to send to the lists who have an email address in their club's membership management area. It is an email security measure that prevents club members from getting unwanted emails from non-members.

FreeToastHost's records are separate from TM's database. You need to get with your club website admin to enter your members email addresses so that you and your fellow members can make use of the FTH email features. (you are not alone in your situation)
