How do I make a member designated as a former member into an active member again if they have rejoined the club?

Lucy,

Membership Management, then scroll down to Assign Officer, Guest, Former Member status. Select their name from the Select Individual drop down list, then click on Member in the Select Role drop down list. Save then Close.
