For example: mail to saa@hillsboroughtoastmasters.org goes to Randy@etchNstitch.com rather than to bgailerf@gmail.com. Latter address is that of the saa.

You are not using our server for email it looks like you are using your registrar for email services. If you want to use our server for email you need to change your DNS at the registrar see this Doc.
