The Strange Case of the Disappearing Agendas

We seem to have lost all three of our agendas for May 2014. Since we use these for tracking roles/role reports, I suppose I will have to manually re-create from paper or e-mail copies which, fortunately, I have kept.

Any better methods of recovery , or thoughts on how this might be prevented in future?

If you check the box next to List All Agendas, your mystery will be solved.

Actually, that is the first thing I checked...thanks to your suggestion for a similar issue I posted this am.

With that box checked, We have all of June, All of April, etc. going back 1 year...but no May....

My apologies, I didn't look at the year.

Unfortunately, once the agendas are gone, they are really gone. It is a 2 step process to delete them, so most likely, the dates got changed. I noticed that on the July 7 agenda, Lynden is Toastmaster and Timer. Is that normal?
