Unable to register for District Website

Hi,

I'm the new webmaster for District 51. I tried to register for our district website but when I click "Submit" at the "Request Unchartered Club / District Website" screen, nothing happens.

Please advise :(

District websites are allocated manually.

The site was allocated at 8:30 this morning
