Cann't Edit or Delete some pages

I am trying to fix my club website , and I found a problem that I can't edit or delete some of the pages.

I can open the page and when I click at edit the page I got blank form to edit. then if I click delete , nothing is deleted.

this is happing for some pages and some other pages are working.

I have newly supporting the website and I did not try to delete. I asked the previous people and they said they did not try to delete.

Which page do you want to delete? I would like to try.

I am using IE 11.
