Emails not working....

We have users who are using their proper email address (what is put in Toastmasters), yet still cannot email our Club under the members-####@toastmastersclubs.org address
The bounce-back says they are using the wrong address, and they are not
help please?

1) please post your club number in every post so we can see what is happening.

2) did you add all your members and emails to the Admin console > Member management page?

We are not toastmasters.org we do not have access to any information toastmasters.org has about a member.
