Issue sending emails from FTH site

For 4611 luncheon linguists, I've had issues sending out agendas as emails.
luncheonlinguists.toastmastersclubs.org/ or
4611.toastmastersclubs.org/

It appears that the emails get to domains outside of our company. I tested with an email to yahoo.com and that worked.
Our company domain is Donaldson.com where we are not getting emails.

I asked our mail admin at our company and they said that no emails have come thru from the toastmastersclubs domain.
Although I was able to get an email from this site to retrieve my user name.

It appears that it is on my company's end where the email is getting lost, but if it never gets there (like the mail admin says) where could it be?

Your company is using hotmail as a mail filter and it was there that is was blocked because many microsoft IP have been blocked because of server abuse.

I have removed the block for now.
