Password Reset

Hi-

Take it easy on me as this is my first post/reply.

I have a member that is having the same issue. He went through that same process (typing name and clicking authenticate) and never recieved an email. Is there another way to reset passwords?

please provide the members first name so we can look at what is happening.

As the member to check his spam box.

Did the member check their junk folder?

The member's first name is Subhash.

The odd thing is that I think he uses his work email address for Toastmasters and we don't have automatic spam or junk as government employees.
