Agenda Templates - where is my new & saved agenda template?

I created an agenda template that maps to our meeting, adding in our auxilary roles... but it doesnot appear to myself as a member, nor to our VPED.

All we can see is the default template for 3 speakers.
And, if selecting ALL TEMPLATES, our previous efforts at populating that. (and would like to remove those!)

We'd LOVE To move to online agenda management... but can't find a way to make our template visible!

The ONLY agenda template that is there is the 3 Speaker template. All the rest have been deleted

Agreed - THE ONLY template visible is the default 3-speaker.

I've created a VE-3 speaker template, and SAVED... but cannot find it. Do I have to make it visible somehow?

I can see it as admin, but not as member.

CLEARED CACHE - same status. *sigh*

--->> Or can only ADMIN and VPE see the various templates?

How do we get rid of the numerous failed trials at agenda creation which have DATES

Only the VPED and Admin can create new Agendas so they are the only ones who can see templates, once created the TOD and president/chair can change and update.
