Member not receiving email to authenticate and log into s site.

Hello Support Group,

In my club 1172, one of my members, Meryl C. Novek has tried numerous times to try and authenticate her email. She has been waiting to receive instructions to log in for a first time user. She has not received one email that would redirect her to sign up with a password on our Whaling City Toastmasters website. She could not even log in as a guest to ask you this question. Please advise. She is a member on the Board and needs to be able to get on to this website. Thank you.

I see 5 successful sends to her... Please tell her to check her junk mail folder.
