Upload and email my newsletter

I just created a newsletter for our club and I need to upload it to our website and then send it in an email to the members from the site. Any idea how to do this? I'm not familiar with this backend and it will take me some time to learn.

1) please post your club number in every post.

2) please read the instructions on this site about the file manager.
