Slow e-mail delivery

A member reports that e-mails sent to the club e-mail alias (members-XXXX) are being delivered several hours or even days later. The member is not having any problems with any non-Toastmasters e-mail, so it doesn't seem like the member's mail client or corporate mail server is the problem. As far as I know, I receive all e-mails sent to the club e-mail alias shortly after they're sent, and no other member has reported a problem.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone else at landolakes report the same issue?

According to our server logs the mail is only in the queue for 1-8 seconds.
