Error message we already have a site?

Hello,

My name is Noelette Galbreth. I am wanting to create a website for my club but was given an error message that something already exist. We are not aware of a site for our club or have access. Our club is Timber Ridge Toastmasters #02386960. Following the information from the error message from freetoasthost ( 02386960.toastmastersclubs.org ) we need your help.

Please advise.

ccrane2003@yahoo.com is no longer associated with Timber Ridge for over 6 month now. Daryl Claybon is our founder and I am the new president attempting to move the club forward. The contact information was updated with Toastmasters International in 2013 when Ms Crane departed. We can not move forward with the website until your records are corrected. Ms Crane did not share access with the officers to whatever she created in the clubs name.

I can not change anything until your records are updated.
