Can't send or receive mails with toastmastersclubs.org ids

Hello,

As VP(PR)I can't send and receive email using the club email address: members-993448@toastmastersclubs.org AND officers-993448@toastmastersclubs.org

It is not arriving in my spam folder nor is it blocked using a spam filter. Also, all the mails sent to the above address is returned with error message.

Also, i can't use the lost password feature to log into my club website mtm.toastmastersclubs.org

Who is the right person to contact for the same?

If this is not correct you need to submit a change request.

An IP was blocked in your IP range because someone tried to access our server using SSH That is not permitted

I have removed the block. please try your email again.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Yes am not the site admin. But am the VP(Pr) of our club and i need to send follow up mails and event reminders to all the members and office bearers(ex com).

How do you suggest i do this?

I've spoken to the Site Admin, Prashant Bhekare and he suggested to contact you guys for support.

Can you help please?

Please re-read Brian's email. He *did* help you. He removed the block that was in place for your IP address range. (Somehow the server probably thought it was being attacked and had you blocked as a result.)

Please retry your email as Brian requested and let us know if it works now.
