This Webpage is not available

The whole day I have not been able to open highway.toastmastersclubs.org . Message is "The webpage is not available."

I tried on another PC and the message I received was as follows:
ErrorCode: 10060.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 50.19.253.65:80

Other members on the TI Facebook Group are able to open the website.

I am the administrator. You help would be greatly appreciated.

The IP range you are using has someone who is running a bad webcrawler .

Are you running any software from semalt.com?

I have removed the block for now.

I have no idea what semalt.com is or what a webcrawler is. I have just been doing my normal stuff in MS Office, Facebook and LinkedIn TI groups.
