Cannot save changes to my member profile

I've been trying to update my public member profile with my new credentials, ALB & CL, as well as the member bio. I was able to change my member bio when I look at the private member directory, but when I try to save my credentials, they keep reverting back to 'CC'. Please help! My club number is 2529
