The table cell box size has changed (I didn't change it) and won't allow me to correct the size so they all are the same. This happened in two of the tables. When you look at the page without being in admin mode, it makes it look like there are extra lines.

Since I had a bit of trouble with the site last week and you had me do a reload, I tried doing a reload this morning just in case that would fix the issue, but it didn't.

You will need to switch the editor to source mode and correct the tables by hand.
or
Delete the tables completely and rebuild them.
