Hi there,

We were hoping to find a solution to an email problem we're having. We use a club gmail account to send our meeting reminders and for some reason, when we send it to our guest email list, we get the below error message. We're not even sure if it ever goes out. We don't get this error message when we send to members. Would someone kindly point us in the right direction?

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (guests-1296797@toastmastersclubs.org) from humoroustoastmasters@gmail.com . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your ToastmastersClubs.org member profile.

To send to the guest or the former members list you need to be an officer, so that email addresses has to be assign officer status
