Hi, I am unable to enter contact information on our Website as the tab is ghosted. How can I enter contact information?

We need more specifics. What do you mean by "contact information"? What tab? (where?)

Hi Steve,
Sorry, if I wasn't clear. I was referring to the 'Contact Us' tab under the main menu. I am unable to click on it to enter contact details.

Christine,

You enter the information for the contact us in the asmin console, under the email & contact forms tab. Once you have one or more contacts entered and saved, the link will no longer be grayed out.
