We have a member who's been added to the system, yet cannot login. His name shows up when he types it in the Name field and he even reset his password. Any ideas?

Re: the issue...

Look for an email misspelling in Membership Management for the person. (common mistake)

He should get a reset link in his email when he does login with out password. He needs to check his junk mail and make sure he clicks the link in the most recent reset email.

What is the person's first name?

Club number is 831439. Member is Pavel.

I just realized the email had a typo. That should be the culprit.
