Our domain name hoster has lost connection with FTH

During a server change, our domain name hoster has lost connection with FTH.

We are Waitemata Toastmasters Club
Auckland New Zealand club No 2017

I have been the website admin from the outset and in spite of that have very cleverly lost both Username and Password to FTH, and therefore have set up this new registration, when really, I'd like the old one back.

I need the site IP address for our domain name hoster to reconnect the site with the domain name, and I can get in anywhere!

And I guess, some help to recover our username and password wouldn't go amiss. (I promise I'll record it properly next time! )

Hope you can help.

Cheers,

Peter

The FTH server IP address is 50.19.253.65

You can still access your club website at 2017.toastmastersclubs.org

If you've lost your FTH website password, you can go to the club website at the above address and ask for a new admin password to be sent to you.

If it's the login details to this forum that are missing, I don't think I can do anything about that. Brian might be able to do something when he gets back from KL.

If you lost your username and password for this site, you should have seen a message of "forgot username" and "forgot password" right below the login.
