Cannot Save Dues Notice Info & Update Changes on Dues Management #2

I too am having problems saving my dues notice. I am with Raconteurs club #5903. I have updated the information and everytime I hit save info, It clears all the information I typed into the form app. When I scroll down to view the message, it does not include any of the details I typed into the form.I am not getting an error message like Reza the originator of this discussion, but the screen goes completely blank. Please help. I am holding multiple roles in my club and am training a few webmasters within my area (as their Area Governor) and I want to make sure I have my own club website processing corrected. Thanks.

Ok, assuming you are accessing it via the Treasurer link on the members only menu... try it now.

(My initial update forgot that link... I goofed an just updated the admin console duplicate of the code.)

Steve,
Still experieincing same prbloem with information not saving in order to auto fill the dues renawal application. I went in as the treasurer under the members only tab and again as the administrator under launch admin console then Pay Dues selection. I can fill in the information but once I hit save (which I have to select twice) it clears all data out.

I am experiencing the same issue as Diana Hardy. I am with NBBA Toastmasters club #1867570. I am signed in as Treasurer; I have tried using Google Chrome and IE.

I just received an email from my Club Treasurer that she couldn't save the dues information. I just tried it myself as system admin and have the same problem - nothing I enter is saved and all information is cleared after pressing the 'Save Dues Notice Info' button.
