Same problem - EZ Speakers Toastmasters #7497 - went in as Treasurer
Using a Mac, tried with both Safari and Firefox.
HAD been able to save dues notice info in July (also on a Mac) when I took over as Treasurer

As Administrator Dues Info is still not saved

After clicking on the Update Changes only button the following errors are reported in the Firefox debug console log

POST harrisonroad.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi [HTTP/1.1 407 Unauthorized 2ms]
POST harrisonroad.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi [HTTP/1.1 407 Unauthorized 4ms]

Seems like a possible permission error

Just Tried again and when when saving the notice info - it wiped everything

Save Dues Notice Info - button

Now have a completely blank Dues Management ....

Now, having same issue.
I tried using administrator and treasurer roles.
