Website not updating : Domain not pointing to correct IP address

Hi,

We have a website trafalgar.toastmastersclubs.org/ which is developed on your platform. We are trying to update some details on the homepage of our website, but while saving it, we get the following error message.

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
1. Basic Settings Tab - This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the exisitng "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.

Not sure what exactly this issue is and how to resolve it.

I'm a little bit out of my depth here, but as none of the other ambassadors are around, I'll see what I can do.

The URL trafalgar.toastmastersclubs.org is working correctly.

Your club also appears to have a custom website URL, which is www.trafalgartoastmasters.org Its whois entry (which describes various technical details about the hosting company settings and so on) looks decidedly strange and would cause an error message if you were trying to use it.

Is the club still using this custom URL?

I have removed www.trafalgartoastmasters.org as it does not appear to be a valid domain name. It may have expired you need to contact your registrar.
