:( Is it possible to place Dues Management under Members Only so the Treasurer doesn't have to have administrative rights?

If I remember correctly, Dues Management appears in the Members Only menu, but only to the Treasurer or Secretary/Treasurer. He/she shouldn't need the admin password.
