Need direction on how to upload and display club information on our site

I would like to learn how to upload and display our fall contest news on our web site. toastmasters International has directed me to FreeToastHost as the entity who can help me. I have a document which I would like to display on our site and need to know how to go about doing this.

Brian, first let me apologize, I have not delat with this issue since I posted it. I've bee distracted and only now coming back to address this. Due to the length of time since originally posting this I've forgotten some things. I'm a little embarrassed for asking this but I’m afraid I must. Perhaps I’m dumb or tired after a long day, but how do I edit our site within FreeToasthost ?

I assume this is the particular site for our club 1936.toastmastersclubs.org/ correct ?
Or is it www.toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club/00001936-glenmore-r-s-v-p-club

Which site will be edited from FreeToastHost?

And how do I load up one of the above sites in order to edit it, are there instructions on this?

You can use either the club alias: glenmorersvp.toastmastersclubs.org/
or the club number : 1936.toastmastersclubs.org/ to access your FTH site
