club members randomly missing emails

I would advise checking the spelling of email addresses. Typos are more common than you may think.

I would advise telling your members to add toastmastersclubs.org to their email safe senders list (if they have one).

In the future, we can PM you any log excerpts... However, keep in mind that the PM system does not provide any mechanism like the [code] blocks we use in posts to keep the system from interpreting certain character sequences as emoticons or other. So if we send you log excerpts via PM, they may sometimes appear a bit garbled.

Missed email was around 4:01pm on November 19th. Checked the email address spelling in free toast host. Had them check junk mail. Member still says their missing mail.

Any help to know if an email for bouncing to member with first name, Tekle.

What ever you are trying to do you are not doing correctly, there is no email from or to the server from his email stcintl@comcast.net for the last 2 weeks.

What exactly are you trying to do?
How are you sending him email?

Right, same as in our earlier email. We're using the members-9579 email address. Most people are getting the mails, but not this member.
