Hi,

For some time now, club members have reported that they are not receiving messages when sent from the account members-xxxx@... Some members report that the messages they send don't go out.

I've checked the email addresses in our membership roster for every member that has had this problem. I've looked for any kind of logging of emails. I've searched for any documentation that might explain what's going on. But so far I can't solve this problem.

I would think that as administrator there would be some way for me to see if messages are bouncing or are undeliverable. Can anyone point me to where the logs of email messages are in the toastmastersclubs.org system?

Please could you give us your club number.

It might also be helpful for the administrators if you also give the first name of members who are having the problem.

Ulp, forgot the club number - 9579.

"Troubled members" - Cate, Karen, Oke. There have been others but those are some of the more recent problems.

fyi - I did have them check their spam filters.

Not at this time. Reason: The logs are system level logs that show email activity for every club/district in the system (no separation), so for the sake of privacy considerations, we do not currently provide that information to clubs and districts. Brian and I can search those logs, however, and provide relevant excerpts, if needed.

"SUCCESS" means that the FreeToastHost email handler did not detect an error in its operation. There still could be errors elsewhere in the transmission process.
