Url to External Webpage is not launching as a Webpage

Dear Support:

I am testing out the features of the FreeToastHost 2 site to present to our club officers. At this time, I am testing out how to successfully link to an external webpage. I have followed the instructions found via ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/links-to-other-sites ). Unfortunately, when I click on the link on the Home page, it launches a page with the link to the URL versus launching the URL thus taking me to the actual external webpage. I have left the lhk in questions for your review. It is named "District 8 Toastmasters". Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or how correct the issue.

It is because when creating links, you are suppose to leave the boxes blank. Check it out now! I fixed it...
