Connection Time Out

I was adding a new custom page, and I've gotten error message a few times when I was trying to save the page.

I copied the source code and close the browser (Mozilla Firefox) and opened again, and now I can even go to our website, bbmtmc.toastmastersclubs.org and keep give "Connection Time Out" error.

Any issue with the server?
