Agenda Radio Button Graphics Missing

When bringing up agendas, the radio buttons at the top are simply empty blue buttons with no graphics on them. The descriptors show up when I hover over the buttons, but otherwise there is no quick way to determine the function of each button.

Try clicking on the "reload from server" link at the bottom of your web page. If that doesn't help please provide your club number an let us know what browser you are using.

Reload from Server refreshed the page, but still no content to the buttons. Our club is 738559. The web browser I am using is IE 11.

I develop the system in IE11 and have no issues.

Please do me a favor... Load your website and hit the F12 key on your keyboard which loads the developer tools, then reload your browser tab. Once loaded switch to the developer tools window and look for a red error message in the pane at the bottom. If you see a red error message, please screen capture that and post it here.

BTW, are you able to see the icons other places in the website? (Like the info bullets for example.)

I have attached a screen capture. Not exactly sure if this is what you wanted, but otherwise I see no errors. I can't seem to find problems elsewhere on the site.

So you are saying that you are having the issue strictly with the toolbar buttons?
Can you see all of the bullet icons (the circles with the letter i's in them)?

This is strange because I am not having any issues w/ IE11.
