Brian, it is likely a font issue of some sort. The button icons are from the FontAwesome iconic font. However, if he can see the icons elsewhere (from the same iconic font) it would narrow the focus to how the buttons are being created and if there are any interferences on his end.

I looked at the code that he sent and it said that there was code missing... Could that possibly be it? Maybe who built up that page or website for the club, left something out....

Those were just mismatched HTMLtags. I already took care of them. It should not affect the icons.

BruceToastJohn: I temporarily switched to the uncompressed version of the icon font to test this.

Can you please reload your website (use the link at bottom) and see if you are able to see the icons now?

If so, there may be an issue with how the font set was "minified" (compressed). I have seen analogous minification issues with my javascript code in the past.
