I have tried reloading and still do not see button content. Not sure what you mean by bullet icons or where they might be located.

I did bring up the page on another computer at home with two different browsers and saw no problems. Also tried with another computer at work, but on a different LAN and didn't see a problem. However, we tried it on a coworker's computer on the same LAN and the problem was the same. So I am thinking that our IT dept. is blocking something. At this point probably nothing you can do and will just need to use another computer to work with the site.
